Our mission at Dream Home Design is to produce professional, innovative home and building designs that express our clients' needs and dreams and serve as effective tools of communication for inspection departments, review boards, suppliers and contractors.

Dream Home Design, Inc. is a family owned and operated residential design firm located in Pinehurst, NC. We create construction plans for new homes, barns, horse stables and small commercial buildings. We also specialize in design plans for the remodeling and expanding of existing homes, churches, horse farms and other buildings.

Our goal is to produce a set of construction plans that represent the "dream" of our client. When you select us to produce the plans for your project, you become a design partner with us throughout the process. As you talk with us about your ideas and needs, we advise you about new technologies and design and construction options to help you make informed decisions about style and function, as well as cost and energy efficiency.

Most of our work is done using computer software, though we also do manual drafting when necessary. With computer aided design, we can make changes easily, which allows us to explore many options without complicating or lengthening the design process. We can also produce three dimensional images and virtual tours that enhance your ability to envision final construction. In addition, computer generated construction drawings are concise and highly legible, clearer than traditional blueprints.
